1. Schedule a complimentary consultation
Schedule a call, zoom or in-person conversation during which I can learn about your goals and answer your questions. We can discuss the listening journey process.
2. Complete the Tomatis Evaluation Questionnaire (TEQ)
Complete the questionnaire and other information gathering forms from which I can learn more about you and your goals which is necessary for building an individualized personal listening program.
3. Participate in a preliminary interview and Tomatis Listening Test
Take the Tomatis Listening Test and talk with me about your history, goals and life in general. All of this information is needed for developing your personalized listening journey.
4. Begin your listening journey
Begin your listening journey with a 14 day intensive, plan ahead for the 7-day rest break followed by a 14 day consolidation program. Next will be another interview and Tomatis Listening Test and we start all over again!
5. Intermediary or exit interview
Participate in the periodic interviws to discover areas of growth or challenge furing your listening journey for alterations to your program during your listening journey! Finally, the exit interview at the end.
